The Audit and Advisory Services biennial risk perception survey went out to approximately 450 campus leaders on October 22, 2012. The survey is the launch pad for the annual risk assessment and audit planning procedures. Your viewpoint is a critical element to help Audit and Advisory Services develop an enterprise-wide perception of current risks and issues. If you received an invitation to complete the survey, please do so by November 2, 2012. We will treat all answers provided confidentially and will not attribute any written comments to an individual when the summary results are shared with campus leadership. Others who would like to provide input for the risk assessment process may do so by sending their feedback to audit@berkeley.edu.
